Building switching cabinets and developing and implementing software is also offered in combination with thechnical documentation according to the valid machinery directive and the use of measurement technology.

Development / Concept design

EKF provides concept development and design of machines along with the necessary work sequences, scheduling, rough concepts and technical tests with the result of customized concepts performed by highly qualified personnel.

Manufacturing

Production according to customer drawings, single item production or series production with modern CNC-controlled machines, assembly and start-up of mechanical, electrical or hydraulic components.

EKF is aware of its responsibility towards the customer and places enormous value into short delivery times, best quality, adherence to delivery dates and induvidual customer service.

The high level of vertically integrated production permits very short process times.

Start-up

Installation and integration of the machines in the production process in the company of the customer. Supporting and documenting the correct functionality of the machine. A comprehensive training for operating personnel - all this is supplied by EKF. 

Documentation

EKF supplies all the necessary technical documents (design drawings, datas, electrical, pneumatical or hydraulic plans, spare part lists, maintenance timetables and instruction manuals). The special machines are delivered with documentation and CE mark certifying the compliance of the machine with the essential saftey and health requirements
